Ingredients of  Kashmiri Pulao

1. Two Cup Pulao Rice

2. One cup moong dal
3. two onions sliced
4. One teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
5. Two large cardamom
6. A little cinnamon
7. Three cloves
8. Seven cups boiled water
9. Oil as required
10. One teaspoon lemon juice
11. One teaspoon sugar
12. Two bay leaves
13. Three Green Chillies
14. a cup of milk

Recipe Kashmiri Pulao
First of all, wash the lentils and rice and keep them aside. So that they drain the water from them. After this, heat a little oil in a pan. After the oil is hot, fry it by adding onions, then add ginger-garlic paste, cardamom, cinnamon, salt cloves, and bay leaves and fry it well.

After this, add rice and lentils, and add warm water, milk, and lemon juice. Then add sugar and green chilies on top and mix well. Now close the pan with a lid and cook for 30 minutes on low heat. After this your Kashmiri Pulao is ready. Serve it hot.
