You must have made many recipes of ladyfinger. So let us tell you another recipe of this delicious vegetable named Achari Dahi Bhindi.
Take 500 grams okra. Make long cuts by making an incision in the middle of it all. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the okra in it. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil again. Add 2 teaspoons fennel seeds, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, one and a half teaspoons fennel seeds, one fourth teaspoon fenugreek seeds, and a pinch of asafetida (Hing) and cook. Now add 2 teaspoon ginger paste and fry well.
Take a quarter cup of fresh thick curd. Add one-fourth teaspoon turmeric powder, three-fourth teaspoon red chili powder, 2 tablespoon coriander powder and salt as per taste and mix well. Pour the prepared curd into the pan. After a minute, add fried ladyfinger to it and mix well. Remove from heat after two minutes.

1 ½ tsp nigella seeds (kalaunjee)
one fourth tsp fenugreek (methee)
2 tsp ginger paste
1 quarter cup curd
1 fourth teaspoon turmeric powder
3 fourth teaspoon red chili powder
2 tablespoons coriander powder
