- 1 cup boiled sweet corn
- 2 tbsp semolina
- 1/2 cup gram flour
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- ½ teaspoon ginger paste
- Two finely chopped green chilies
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped green coriander
- ½ teaspoon coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for frying
First of all, put boiled corn in a bowl and crush it with hands, now mix gram flour, semolina, all spices, onion, green chili, salt, and coriander leaves and mix it!
Now prepare the mixer of Pakora by adding water as per the need.
Now keep the oil in a pan, heat it, now take a little bit of pakoras mixture and put it in the pan and fry it.
