Ingredients for Moong Dal Chila Recipe

  1. 250 grams moong dal
  2. 4-5 pieces cottage cheese, sliced ​​into pieces
  3. 1 tsp paneer (crushed, chaat masala stuffed)
  4. 1 tsp capsicum, sliced
  5. 1/2 tsp onion, sliced
  6. 1 tsp cashew nuts
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Ghee for frying

 

 

Method of preparation of Moong Dal Chila

  1. Soak moong dal overnight.
