Ingredients required to make Kathai Paneer

Paneer - 300 grams

Capsicum - 3,

Tomato - 2-3

Green Chilli - 2

Ginger - 1-inch long slice

Refined oil or Ghee - 2 tbsp

Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

Turmeric - one-fourth teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp

Red chilies - less than a one-quarter teaspoon

Garam masala - less than one-quarter teaspoon

Salt - as per taste

Green coriander - one tablespoon.

Kadai Paneer Recipe :

1) Cauldron Paneer is made in 2 ways. By grinding tomatoes, green chilies, ginger, and fry the pieces of capsicum and paneer. Roast the spices and mix them all or as given below. Vegetables made in both ways make delicious.

2) Cut the paneer into square pieces. Wash capsicum, take out the seeds, and cut them into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Break the green chili stalks, wash and chop them finely, peel the ginger, wash and grate it, or cut it into small pieces.

3) Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds in hot ghee and fry it, add turmeric powder and coriander powder, add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and ginger, stir fry for 1 minute, and cover, on low flame. Cook for 3 minutes, open the lid, mash the tomatoes with a spoon.

4) Add the chopped capsicum to the tomatoes, cover and cook for 4 minutes on a low flame, open the lid, stir with a spoon, the capsicum has become soft.

5) Now add paneer pieces, 1-2 tablespoon water, salt, red chili powder, and garam masala and cook for 1-2 minutes while stirring with a spoon. Cauldron Paneer is ready.

Take out the Kadhai Paneer in a pan, put it on the table, put green coriander and garnish it. Serve hot kadhai paneer with chapatti, parantha, or naan and eat. Kadai paneer will be served in a cauldron.

Note: If you want to make Kadai paneer with onion, then finely chop an onion, heat ghee in a pan, fry cumin seeds, and add chopped onions and fry them till they turn light pink, now all the spices according to the above method Add and make Kadai paneer.
