Basmati rice - 1 cup (cooked)
Macaroni - 1 cup (cooked)
Tomatoes - 2 (finely chopped)
Capsicum - 1 (finely chopped)
Green Peas - 1/2 cup
Cashews - 20-25
Coriander - 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Oil or Ghee - 3-4 tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch (thinly sliced)
Whole hot spices Large cardamom - 1, cloves - 4, black pepper - 10 - 11, cinnamon - ½ inch piece
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Salt - 1.5 tsp or as per taste
Red chili powder - less than 4 tsp
Pizza Sauce - 2 tbsp.
Macaroni Rice Pulav Recipe-
Put oil in the pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds. Turn down the gas. When the cumin seeds are roasted, add thinly sliced ginger, peel the big cardamom and add the grains, whole spices. After frying them a little, put green peas in it and cover and fry for one and a half minutes.
Open the pan, then add chopped capsicum and fry it while stirring for one to one and a half minutes. Once the vegetables are crunchy, add chopped tomatoes and cover and let it cook for 2 minutes.
After the vegetables are cooked, add pizza sauce, red chili powder, salt, chopped cashew pieces, and cooked macaroni and mix it well.
Now add the cooked rice as well, separating it from the ladle and mix all the ingredients well. The piping hot macaroni rice pulao is ready. Take it out in a plate and garnish with green coriander. Very tasty macaroni rice Pulav is ready to eat.
