Pakoras:  If you do not eat pakoras and tea in the rain, then rain is not enjoyed. This season you will have eaten many types of pakoras such as paneer, onion, pakoras of noodles but have you ever tried curry leaf pakoras. If not done, then do try once and enjoy the rain with your family.

Ingredients of curry leaf pakoras 

1. Two cups gram flour

2. One and a half teaspoon red chili powder
3. ½ teaspoon cumin powder
4. Salt as per taste
5. One cup thinly sliced onions
6. Two Cups link address
7. One cup finely chopped coriander leaves
8. Oil for Frying

To serve
Tomato ketchup / green chutney
 
How to make?

First of all, mix gram flour, red chili powder, salt, cumin powder, onion, curry address and coriander leaves in a bowl and add water as required to make a thick batter.

Heat the oil in the pan and then fry the pakoras till they turn golden brown. Likewise, take out the pakoras. Serve them with tea or coffee.
